Bob Stobbe
BBus, FCPA, MAICD

Chief Executive Officer

Bob Stobbe has over 30 years of experience in the utilities infrastructure sector, having held key senior management positions in the electricity, water, gas and telecommunications sectors. He has significant knowledge of the Asset Companies as he has previously held the position of CFO at ETSA (1996-2002), CitiPower and Powercor (2003-2005).

Prior to commencing with Spark Infrastructure, he was interim head and finance director of CKI's North England gas distribution networks (2004-2005), where he gained extensive knowledge of the UK utilities market.

Laura Reed

Chief Financial Officer

Laura Reed has over twenty years experience working in various financial and commercial roles in the gas industry. Prior to joining Spark Infrastructure Laura spent nine years at ASX listed gas distribution business Envestra Limited in a number of senior financial roles and most recently as CFO of that organisation.

She has an intimate knowledge of the utilities sector and extensive experience in all matters related to strategic planning, financial forecasting, treasury management and taxation.

Mary Anne Brophy

Legal Counsel and Company Secretary

Mary Anne Brophy has 25 years' legal and commercial experience gained in private practice and as an in-house general counsel.

For the last 15 years, she has been involved in international energy projects in Australia, the United Kingdom and Asia. In the 1990s, Mary Anne was extensively involved in the privatisation of the electricity industry in the United Kingdom.

Subsequently, she was General Counsel for Ogden Corporation's Asia Pacific energy business based in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Spark Infrastructure, Mary Anne was Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of Envestra Limited.

Mario Falchoni

General Manager, Investor Relations & Corporate Affairs

Mario Falchoni has sixteen years experience in corporate communications, government and industry relations, media and investor relations.

Immediately prior to joining Spark Infrastructure he spent four years as Corporate Relations Manager with ASX listed GrainCorp Limited, with responsibility for marketing, internal communications, stakeholder management and investor relations. Prior to that he managed government relations and corporate affairs for a peak business lobby group and worked in various advisory roles in State and Federal governments.

Partha Sarathy

BCom, MBA, ACMA (UK), CPA

Group Financial Controller

Partha Sarathy has over 20 years experience in senior finance functions in Australia and overseas, including in the utility and energy industries.

Prior to joining Spark Infrastructure, he was employed at the Australian Pipeline Trust from 2000 as Finance Manager with responsibility for financial management, taxation and treasury functions. During that period, he was involved in various acquisitions undertaken by the Trust. His other previous roles included working for Exxon Mobil Australia Group in the 'down stream' business.
